Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. We always provide an invoice.
How long does it take to get my repair item back?
Out-of-warranty products are usually 1-3 business days if parts are in stock. Parts orders will add 3-5 days in some cases.
In-warranty products are sent back to the factory for service. Return times vary with each manufacturer or service center.
Does your business accept Purchase Orders?
We accept purchase orders as long as we have a current 1099 on file and your entity is set up in our billing system. Must be approved.
